  • Whole, Half, & Quarter Beef

    Our meat is also available to purchase in bulk. All meat is grass-fed and finished and USDA certified.

    Many folks opt to split a quarter, half or whole, with friends. This is how to get the most beef for your buck.

    Our ground beef is a favorite with our customers (and a personal favorite). Natural and over 90% lean, Wacharas grass-fed and finished beef makes flavorful hamburgers or meatloaf and is a great addition to chili or spaghetti sauce.     Steaks are 1.25” thick and 1 per pkg, roasts are ~ 3 lbs each, ground beef in 1 lb pkgs.
